TBS Power Washing was built from something simple: taking care of the people who already trusted us.

Our story began in 2020 with The Bin Spa. What started as a residential trash bin cleaning company quickly grew into something much bigger. As we built relationships with homeowners and businesses across Central Texas, those same customers began asking us for help with other exterior cleaning needs — driveways, homes, commercial properties, concrete, and more.

We realized there was a real need in our community for an exterior cleaning company that people could rely on. Not just someone with a pressure washer, but a professional team that showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly, treated every property with respect, and understood how to get great results without creating unnecessary risk or damage.

Over the years, power washing and soft washing became an important part of what we do. We invested in professional equipment, hot-water systems, specialized cleaning solutions, and extensive hands-on experience learning how different surfaces need to be treated. Pressure, water temperature, chemical application, organic buildup, surface materials, and environmental conditions all matter — and knowing when to use the right combination is what separates professional cleaning from simply spraying water at a property.

By 2026, we realized this side of our company had grown beyond what The Bin Spa name could fully represent. We wanted homeowners and business owners to immediately understand that we weren’t simply a trash bin cleaning company that occasionally washed a driveway. We had developed a dedicated team, professional systems, specialized equipment, and years of experience in power washing and soft washing.

That led to the creation of TBS Power Washing — a dedicated division of The Bin Spa built specifically around professional exterior cleaning. We’re incredibly proud of the name TBS Power Washing. TBS not only pays homage to The Bin Spa, but also to Temple, Belton, and Salado — the three Central Texas communities where our business first took root and where so much of our story began.

Today, our team operates a growing fleet of trucks and serves residential and commercial customers throughout Central Texas. Behind every truck is a team of people — and families — who take pride in the work we do and the communities we serve.

Our goal has never been to simply complete another job. We want to build long-term relationships with our customers by making exterior cleaning easy, dependable, and professional from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.

Whether we’re cleaning a family’s driveway, restoring the exterior of a home, or maintaining a commercial property, we approach every project with the same priorities: safety, attention to detail, the right equipment, and results we’re proud to stand behind.

We’re proud to call Central Texas home, and we look forward to helping our neighbors keep their homes, businesses, and properties looking their best for many years to come.
